Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals needed to complete your project. Delays on your end may extend project timelines.
Delivery: Final deliverables are provided in the agreed formats. Morphicist is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms or software outside our control.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are agreed upon in proposals or contracts.
Services may require a deposit before work begins.
Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property

Morphicist retains ownership of all original design concepts, templates, and tools unless otherwise specified.
Upon full payment, you receive the rights to final deliverables as outlined in your agreement.
You may not reproduce or redistribute our proprietary materials without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Morphicist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We strive for accuracy and quality but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.

6. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Upload harmful content or violate laws.
Use our website in ways that disrupt services or infringe on intellectual property.

7. Termination

Morphicist may suspend or terminate services if terms are violated, if payment is not received, or for reasons required by law.
